Outside the warranty period, only the cost of spare parts will be charged for equipment replacement and repair; no labor, technical, or service fees will be charged.

V. After-sales service capabilities and within the design service life of the equipment, we promise to ensure that the user can replace genuine original parts to ensure the normal use of the equipment. The bidder should specify the maintenance fee standard after the warranty period, the location of the repair parts warehouse, and the location of the manufacturer's repair station.

VI. Establish a reasonable sales service management system:

2. In-sales service. To prevent users from causing unnecessary losses due to improper use, during the product use process, the company will send relevant technical personnel to the grassroots level to provide technical guidance to users. 3. After-sales service. Our company responds to maintenance services within 2 hours and arrives on-site for repair within 12 hours.
